JESUS this made my brain explode. >___<

But it's over yaaaay!

Project for my Illustration Concepts class. We had to pick a story with a tweest, and do a before and after illustration for it. I picked Shirley Jackson's "The Lottery," a beautiful story where a bunch of small town folk draw pieces of paper to decide who gets rocks thrown at them. Dun dun duuuunnnnnnnnnn.

That's such a great concept for the story! I remember my sixth grade teacher gave us all rocks and little slips of paper before she read this to us... the one who got the mark got candy though lol
